Job Description: Sales and Marketing Intern

About the Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Kashyap Consultancy, you will support our sales and marketing efforts across four subsidiaries. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop skills in market research, lead generation, and digital marketing strategies, and contribute to the consultancy's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Support social media marketing efforts, creating engaging content and managing online presence.
- Help organise and promote marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track KPIs and assist in identifying new sales opportunities.
- Prepare reports on marketing performance and sales metrics to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for new marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and practices.
